Vintage Large Decorative Brass Box

This is a very beautiful vintage handmade Indian box. It could be either for jewellery, treasured items or purely as a home styling piece.
It has a lid that is not hinged and has exquisite ornate overlaid swirled Copper and Brass details, held by tiny tacks. It has a few small tacks that are missing and there is a couple of small raised copper pieces on the bottom edges that could easily but hammered down to avoid knicks.
It shimmers and glistens and is very functional and beautiful.
Perfect for a large coffee table, entry, bedroom or Mantlepiece.
