Gray & Co ships homewares, decor, tableware, fragrance and selected furniture from Australia. Shipping costs and delivery timing depend on the item size, destination and whether specialist freight is required.

Standard Orders

Smaller homewares and decor items are shipped using standard parcel services where possible. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Furniture, Mirrors and Bulky Items

Furniture, mirrors, oversized lighting, fragile pieces and selected one-of-a-kind items may require a separate freight quote. If additional freight is required, we will contact you after purchase to confirm the safest and most suitable delivery option.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible items and eligible metro delivery areas. Furniture, bulky goods, fragile items and selected products may be excluded from free shipping offers.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected items. Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Gray & Co.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We will provide tracking where available and will contact you if an order requires special handling or freight coordination.
